SIAM CRAFTLINE THAILAND

From brief to handover.

Six reviewable stages to keep technical and commercial decisions aligned. Scope and responsibilities are agreed for each project.

01

Brief & technical review

Drawings, BOQ, quantities, materials, delivery dates and RFI clarifications.

02

Proposal & responsibilities

Price basis, inclusions, exclusions, milestones and each party’s responsibilities.

03

Samples & production release

Material boards, mock-ups, drawings and approval records.

04

Production & quality coordination

Factory status, accepted samples and evidence-backed checkpoints.

05

Delivery & handover

Packaging, shipping, customs, site readiness and agreed acceptance criteria.

06

After-sales coordination

Issue records, assessment with the manufacturer and contractual corrective action.

Supply, freight, customs, import, installation and acceptance depend on the project proposal. The partner relationship does not automatically include all services.

Inspect against what was approved.

Use drawings, samples and approval records as the quality baseline. Keep checkpoint evidence and change records for traceability.

Programme and warranty.

Timing follows review of drawings, quantities, materials, approvals and factory capacity. A service-life planning target is not an unconditional warranty.

YOUR NEXT PROJECT

Start with a clear brief.

Drawings, quantities, materials and target delivery help focus the project conversation.
