Define responsibility at each stage

Define supply, packaging, freight, customs, import, installation and acceptance responsibilities in the proposal. A manufacturing partnership does not automatically include every service.

Inspect against the agreed standard

Before production, review drawings and samples. During production, check dimensions, construction, upholstery and finish. Before dispatch, review inspection records, labels and packaging. At handover, record defects and follow-up ownership.

Separate service life from warranty

A service-life planning target is a design objective, not an unconditional warranty. Warranty periods and terms belong in the project proposal.

Preparation guidance, not a product specification or supply commitment. Actual scope is confirmed in the project proposal.
